Define strategy and strategy lavels

strategy:strategy is the careful planning or method for achieving a company’s particular goals to meet its customers exception and sustain in the marketplace taking competitive advantages.

There are three levels of strategy

The three levels of strategy are

• Corporate level strategy:This  level answers the fundational question of what one wants to achieve.
• Business unit level strategy:This level focuses on how one is going to complete.
• Market level strategy:This strategy level focuses on hoe one going to grow .

বাংলা আমার

আমার কেন জানি বাংলাই ভাল লাগে এত মধুর আমার মাতৃ ভাষা!

আমার আফসোস যে এই ভাষার জন্য কোন অবদান রাখতে পারিনি।

খুব ইচ্ছা হয় ইস!!! যদি ভাষা আন্দোলন এর সময় জন্ম হতো আমার

আমার কেন জানি বেশিই ভাল লাগে।ভাল লাগে আমি যে দেশে জন্ম গ্রহন করেছি সে দেশের

মানুষ নিজেদের কে অন্যায় শোষণ থাকে মুক্ত করার জন্য লড়েছে

আমার খুব ইচ্ছা হয় যদি যুদ্ধ এর সময় জন্ম হত আমার তবুও বলতাম যোদ্ধা

আমার কেন ভাষা আন্দোলন, মুক্তিযুদ্ধ দেখার সময় জন্ম হয় নি?

আমার খুব ইচ্ছা হয় যদি বাংলাদেশএর ইতিহাসের জন্মের সময় আমি থাকতাম!

আজ শুধু এ কথা বলেই নিজেকে বুঝাই যদি সেই সময় আমার জন্মই হত!

তাহলে বাংলার ইতিহাস এত যত্ন করে পড়ার মত কেউ থাকত না।

আমি ধন্য এই দেশের জন্য এই বাংলার ইতিহাস মনে ধারন করার জন্য।

 

Tree plantation

‘Tree plantation ‘ means planting of trees on a large  scale.trees are the part and partcel of our life.they are useful and important to us in many ways.we cannot think of our existence without trees.They provide us with various kinds of timbers which are used to make our houses furniture, boats,buses,trucks etc.they absorbed carbon dioxide from air and release oxygen which is needed for our life.they provide us with various kinds of fruits which are very delicious and at the same time rice in vitamins.We used trees as raw material of different industries like those of paper,poly-wood,matches  etc.besides, they keep our environment cool and make it suitable for comfortable livings.they induce rains,prevent erosion of soil and maintain ecological balance we cannot do even for a day without trees.

so we should plant trees more and more trees to deevelop our forest resources. the rainy season is the best time for tree plantation. After plantation we should take necessary care of the little plants so that they can grow pproperly. awareness about the importance and usefulness of trees should be created among the people.above all we should participate in tree plantation program of the government to make it a grand susuccess. student should also plant trees in their school campounds and near their own house.they can make their neighbours to feel the iimportance of tree pplantation as well.

 

আমাদের বর্তমান অবস্থা

মানুষ সবচেয়ে ভাল যে কাজ টা পারে তা হল কাউকে উপদেশ দিতে। উপদেশ দেয়াটা খুবি সহজ কিন্তু তা পালন করাটা খুবি কঠিন। উপদেশ দাতা নিজেও তার উপদেশের আলোচ্য বিষয় পালন করতে অপারগতা প্রকাশ করবে।

আমরা এমন এক জাতিতে বর্তমানে পরিনত হয়েছি যারা খালি উপদেশ দিতেই জানি।আমাদের বড় যারা আছেন তারা ছোট দের প্রতি উদাসীন কখনো তারা এই কথা টাই বুঝতে চায় না যে তারাও ছোট ছিল।তাদের যখন ছাত্র জীবন ছিল তারা যেভাবে দিন কাল পাড় করছে এখন সেই যুগ নেই। তাদের কাছে হয়তো স্মার্ট ফোন ছিল না, তারা সাইকেল নিয়ে কষ্ট করে স্কুলে গেছেন,টিউশন করে লেখাপড়া করেছেন,এছাড়াও অনেক কষ্ট সহ্য করেছেন।আচ্ছা আপনি তো এত কষ্ট করে সব কিছু করেছে তাইলে তো আপনাকেইই বুঝতে হবে যে আপনি যখন ছাত্র ছিলেন তখন যে কষ্ট টা সহ্য করলেন তা কেন আপনার ছোট ভাই / বোন পাবে? আসলে সবাইকেই সুযোগ দেয়া উচিত কেননা কার মদ্ধে কি আছে কেউ জানে না। আপনার কাছ থেকে কেউ কোন সুযোগ চাইলে আমি মনে করি তাকে তা দেয়া আপনার কর্তব্য কেননা আপনি বড়।।

কেউ কেউ আছে যারা বিনা খরচে/পরিশ্রমে কিছু পেতে চায়।কিন্তু তা ভুল কেননা কোন সাফল্যই পরিশ্রম ছাড়া আসে না।পরিশ্রমই সৌভাগ্যের চাবি কাঠি। একবার যা পারছো না তা বার বার চেষ্টা করো। হতাশ হলে চলবে না।কোন ভাল কাজেই প্রথমে সবার সম্মতি আসে না।তাই চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে এবং নিজেকে প্রমান করে দিতে হবে যে, আমিও পারি” তোমার সাফল্যের খবর শুনে নিন্দুক নিজেও গুন গান করবে।

মনে রাখবা এখনি সময় নিজেকে বিশ্বের কাছে তুলে ধরার,আমাদের সমাজ টাকে পরিবর্তন করার, আমাদের আর্থসামাজিক উন্নয়ন করে নিজে দের প্রতিষ্টিত করার।

now we get a happiness life for the sacrifice of our freedom fighters.

• so we should have to respect the freedom fighters who are alive in the earth.
